Our Marlin Products
The Marlin is a large and delicious fish, related to the swordfish. The largest Marlins can reach almost six meters in length and over 800 kilos in weight. The meat is relatively tough, and can be cooked in ways that more fragile types of fish cannot. Select Salmon Marlin is sold as steaks and sliced packages.
Related to the Swordfish, Marlins have a strong taste and flavor when salted and smoked and is a delicacy appreciated by connoisseurs.
