The Baltic salmon meat is orange to red in colour, and healthy, with high levels of protein, Omega 3 acids and vitamin D. It has a great taste and is processed with care using traditional methods that gives the fish a characteristical smoky and delicious taste.
Our Baltic salmon is salted by hand, then dried, smoked and sold as trimmed salmon fillets, in small portions or as salmon steaks.
